Key Qualifications: This position is Part Time Previous experience incaregiving required 3rd shift availability is a plus CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous license) Preferred Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm availability is a plus 3rd shiftavailability a plus Willingness to do on‑call shifts to cover unexpected call‑outs A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus Clean background check required Health Insurance is provided (including Dental and Vision) Willing to travel to Guilford, Davidson, Randolph and Montgomery Counties Responsibilities: Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed Collaborate with the client’s care team to provide updates and report any important health changes Ensure that each client’s care needs are met with compassion and professionalism What We Offer: A heartwarming and rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in seniors' lives Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle A supportive, kind‑hearted, and collaborative team environment We Are: Great Place to Work® Certified A Certified Age‑Friendly Employer A Military Spouse Employment Partner A Day in the Life of a Caregiver: As a caregiver on our team, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing the lives of seniors in our community.
