Position Details: MLT - Hourly Base Rate: $25.80 - $32.84 MLS - Hourly Base Rate: $37.42 - $47.63 Shift: Variable. Primarily day shift with rotating weekend coverage. Possible Evenings/Nights. Hours Per Week: 80 hours/pay period, 8 hour shifts SEIU Local 49 represented position Job Summary Performs all routine and most special laboratory tests, participates in quality control and quality assurance programs, cares for and maintains equipment. Identifies differences in age-specific needs among patients and implements appropriate decision points. Qualifications Current experience as a generalist with some experience in transfusion medicine. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in training and experience as outlined in CLIA Oregon State Health Department Regulations and MLS (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) certification.
