Job Description The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens while maximizing client recoveries. Responsibilities Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens. Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions-related matters. Maintain accurate case documentation and updates in Litify. Prepare and review closing statements and reductions-related documentation. Manage assigned files through resolution while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish. Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience. Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
