Insurance Case Manager

Palmetto Infusion in Columbia, SC is seeking a Case Manager to onboard new patient referrals and guide cases through scheduling. You’ll verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and review medical necessity with payors, using FDA guidelines as needed. You’ll gather information from MD offices, document clinical rationale, and maintain courteous, collaborative communication across the Palmetto Infusion team while supporting process improvements and marketing education materials for #J-18808-Ljbffr
