Float RN Position - 3 12 Hour Shifts

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend and holiday, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week.

We are seeking a dedicated Float Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in bi-pap and hi-flo therapy. The position requires flexibility to float between different units and provide high-quality patient care in various settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care across multiple units as needed.
• Utilize bi-pap and hi-flo therapy effectively in patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2+ years of nursing experience required.
• Must have experience with bi-pap and hi-flo therapy.
• Current BLS certification (AHA required); ACLS preferred.
• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania nursing license.
