Details Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab setting 4x10 hour day shifts, 40 hours per week Provides technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures under RN supervision Assists physicians with radiological imaging and acts as scrub assistant maintaining sterile conditions Operates imaging equipment and monitors/documents procedures from the control room Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Registered ARRT required, or RCIS/RCES/RRT with CV-specific certification required within 18 months of hire Current BLS and ACLS certification through AHA Fluoroscopy Certification required 2 years of experience in Cardiology/Cath Lab preferred Epic EMR experience preferred License required if applicable DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Educates patients and families about procedures and pre/post-procedure expectations Maintains stock levels and cleanliness of the unit for diagnostic and interventional procedures Completes daily, progress, and discharge documentation according to departmental standards Participates in quality and patient safety initiatives, identifying potential process improvements and safety hazards Returning employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-749489.
