Shipper II (1st Shift)

Shipper Level II

PAY RANGE: $22 $24/hr | SHIFT: 7am -3:30pm M-F | TYPE: Onsite

Our shipping team plays a huge role in keeping production moving and ensuring precision-manufactured parts arrive safely and on time to customers across industries like aerospace, defense, robotics, medical, and advanced manufacturing. We're looking for a dependable Shipper Level II who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Package and prepare precision parts for shipment
• Process UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight shipments
• Verify work orders, quantities, and shipping documentation
• Receive incoming materials and move inventory between departments/buildings
• Use Mie Trak and Mie Kiosk to manage shipping workflows
• Support end-of-day shipping operations and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Experience using shipping software or ERP systems
• Ability to bend, kneel, and crouch occasionally throughout the shift
• Ability to push, pull, or lift 75lb moderately throughout the workday
• Forklift or material handling experience
• Strong attention to detail
