Data Collector

Swing: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM Night: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM Core Responsibilities Wear motion-capture sensor suits and perform repetitive physical movements (walking, lifting, reaching, etc.) for up to 8+ hours per shift . Follow detailed movement protocols exactly to ensure high-quality training data. Assist with sensor suit setup, maintenance, and reporting equipment issues. Identify bugs, provide process feedback, and help meet daily data collection goals. Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow ergonomic guidelines. Required Qualifications Physically capable of repetitive movement and full-range body motion throughout an entire shift. Strong coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail. Able to learn new physical tasks quickly and perform them efficiently. Open to coaching and continuous improvement. Reliable attendance, accountability, and ability to work both independently and on a team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to changing work locations throughout the Bay Area or Los Angeles . Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities.
