General Manager
We're looking for an energetic, people-focused General Manager to take ownership of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who loves developing teams, driving results, and creating an exceptional guest experience.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous General Manager or restaurant leadership experience
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain strong restaurant teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including food cost, labor cost, payroll, sales forecasting, and profitability
- Experience reviewing P&L statements and developing action plans to improve results
- Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and operational controls
- Strong track record of maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Comfortable holding team members accountable while creating a positive work environment
- Ability to lead from the floor and remain hands-on during high-volume periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment requirements
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Fast-casual, QSR, or high-volume restaurant leadership experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience with local store marketing
- Catering sales and business development experience
- Strong history of improving sales, labor, food cost, and overall restaurant profitability
- Experience building a strong management bench and developing future leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate the restaurant like your own business
