Newberry County, nestled approximately 30 minutes away from the Greenville, Spartanburg and Columbia urban areas, is in close proximity to the mountains and the beaches and is a progressive, largely rural area with a sense of history, a feeling of community, and the stability of deeply established roots.Newberry County Memorial Hospital is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team!With direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, documentation and treatment of individual patients. This position is primarily with pediatric outpatients, but will flex to cover both inpatient and outpatient adults, as needed. Shifts will be primarily weekday with occasional weekend rotation.RequirementsApplicant must have a current or temporary licensure or eligibility for licensure in SC.
