Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.
• Maintain a fully engaged and high performing Personal Training/MMA team.
• Provide tours of the Club, explain services offered by the Fitness Department and sign members up for training agreements and appointments.
• Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties.
• Comply with operational procedures and monitor club systems and employee performance.
• Work the floor to assist members and encourage their involvement in private training.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities.
• Sell training sessions and execute an effective prospecting strategy.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.

Qualifications:

• In depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques.
• Minimum 1 certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations preferred.

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
