Encompass Medical Group is seeking a receptionist within Lee's Summit office in Lee's Summit MO. Join our team and share your skills and talents with a leading provider of healthcare services.

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm M-F

Position Summary:

The receptionist is responsible for all aspects of meeting/greeting patients, appointment scheduling via phone and in person, cash collection and deposit. Maintains good public relations.

Position Accountabilities:

• Receives all incoming calls for the department and refers them after collecting all required patient data when appropriate to the appropriate personnel
• Makes appointments over the phone and in person
• Maintains patient confidentiality
• Cash collection and deposit
• Other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Graduate or equivalent; medical terminology
• Minimum Experience: Prior office/clerical experience; basic computer skills

Skills Administrative:

• Good speaking voice
• Computer skills
• Customer service focused

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

• Sitting, standing, stooping
• High volume of keyboard use
