Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center · Physical Therapy (Rehab Serv)Anniston, ALProfessional/Managementfull-time, days, M-F/8a-5:00ppReq # 15973Responsible for managing the administrative and day-to-day operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy , Wellness/Aftercare, and Wound Healing Services including the Wound Healing Center and Enterostomal Therapy.Directs and managesoperations of Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Wellness and Aftercare, Wound Healing Center and the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Departments.Develops budgets and manages financial operations of departments assigned.Coordinates the department’s scope of care to align with organizational mission vision and values.Coordinates department activities with other departments and agencies.Holds licensure and competency in professional area of practice.Demonstrates knowledge and skills appropriate to the age of patients served.Bachelor Degree in a Rehabilitation related field. ( PT,OT,ST)Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a rehabilitation field. Proven organizational and managerial skills.Current Alabama license in field of study required. BLS required.Strong communication skills; ability to work well under continuous stress; ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely; Ability to read and interpret information quickly, in both written, graphic, and oral form. Ability to direct and supervise the activities of others.
