You’ll work closely with the care team, supervise support staff and students, and take an active role in performance improvement and professional development.**Key Responsibilities:*** Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on individual needs and goals* Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust care as needed* Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery strategies* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate care* Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in a timely manner* Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Techs, and students* Maintain a safe, organized treatment space and monitor equipment/supplies* Participate in departmental initiatives, including quality improvement and compliance activities* Stay current in clinical knowledge and actively contribute to professional development**Minimum Requirements:*** Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program* Missouri Physical Therapy license* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and physically assist patients* Proficient in teaching and demonstrating locomotor and gross motor skills* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificationApply now and bring your clinical expertise to a dynamic, patient-centered rehab team**Working at University Health is about making a difference.
