Respiratory Care/Echo Tech Position

Provides Respiratory Care/Echo Tech procedures per physician order or protocol as described in the scope of practice. Responsibilities include critical care, general care, and rehabilitation care assignments, and all related patient care plans. Individuals will work with physicians and other members of the patient care team in care planning, education, and quality improvement. Assists in goal setting and evaluations for department, team members, and self.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School, or GED. Grandfathered in Field Respiratory Care under grandfather clause.
• Required Experience: One year experience in treating critically ill patients.
• Licensure: Prefer Licensed in State of IN, current BLS
• Skills: Patient Care, Assessment, and Critical Thinking Skills, Technical Skills related to patient care equipment, writing and communication skills & teambuilding skills.
• Cardiology Equipment: Echo and Excelera
