We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and detail-oriented Case Manager to support clients through the pre-litigation phase of their personal injury claims. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them access medical treatment, tracking damages, and preparing cases for settlement.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. The Case Manager collaborates with our legal team to move cases forward efficiently and effectively, ensuring the firm has all necessary documentation to support the case

The Case Manager role is a full-time, in-person position. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

$21 hourly starting wage

• Serve as the main contact for clients throughout their treatment
• Track medical providers, records, bills, liens, and lost wages
• Assist clients with medical financing and insurance coordination
• Keep the case file up to date with treatment, damages, and lien info in our case management system, Filevine
• Prepare and edit demand packages
• Collaborate with our legal team to move cases forward efficiently

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Empathetic and supportive with injured clients
• Strong attention to detail, especially with medical and billing records
• Experience in personal injury, medical, or legal settings preferred (but not required)
• Familiarity with Filevine is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proactive in follow-up and problem-solving
