Service Technician Mercedes-Benz
The Service Technician Mercedes-Benz plays a crucial role in our team at Rick Hill Imports in Kingsport, Tennessee. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing cars and diagnosing issues to ensure their optimal performance and reliability.
Pay is subject to change based on experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues with Mercedes-Benz cars
- Repairing or replacing faulty parts as needed
- Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and test drives
- Updating service records and maintaining documentation
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Service Technician or relevant automotive experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and their systems is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications are a plus
