My wife and I built The Performance Project because we noticed that the patient-provider connection and trust has been drastically missing from our industry. Offices have a revolving door of patients, therapists are burnt out, patients feel misunderstood, and what’s lost is the very human element of what we do.

We are a cash-based clinic that specializes in treating active adults and athletes to help them recover from and prevent injury. Hikers, bikers, runners, CrossFitters, weightlifters, weekend warriors, parents, hunters, outdoorsmen are part of our patient population, and we LOVE it!

We are looking for another therapist as passionate about helping these people get to the root cause of their issues so they can live their lives to the fullest.

The Facility

We share a 7,000+ sq/ft space with Rocky Mountain Strength with full access to functional fitness equipment, sauna/cold plunge area, a recovery room (complete with normatec boots and hyperice sleeves/foam rollers), blood flow restriction, and more.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Colorado PT License
• Comfortable learning and implementing sales and marketing skills
• Strong manual therapy skills + exercise prescription knowledge
• Dry needling certificate (preferred)
• 2+ years of outpatient ortho experience preferred (motivated new grads welcome!)
