• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline

• Strong interest in risk management, deal structuring, and transaction analysis

• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow modeling, and capital structures

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, risk management, structured finance, private credit, trading, or consulting is beneficial
