HVAC Mechanic Tech (Horseshoe)

divh2Hvac Technician/h2pThe incumbent for this position must be familiar with a variety of the HVAC fields concepts, practices, and procedures./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliPerforms preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration systems./liliInstalls new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications, state codes, and established safety guidelines./liliMust be able to lift up to 100 lbs, able to perform work requirements in various environments including rooftops, outside work on condensers./liliMust be able to work in hot/damp areas as well as cold/dry locations./liliMust be able to bend, twist and work on ladders./liliPerforms necessary clerical duties with the job and is able to read blueprints and wiring schematics./liliRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals./liliPerforms a variety of complicated tasks.
