Investment Operations Associate

We are a growth, result and detail-oriented wealth management team looking for an individual who is committed to long term success, achievement and helping people!

Responsibilities will initially include:

• Assist in preparing client facing materials
• Review investment, insurance, and financial planning documents
• Conduct data analysis and organize financial information
• Prepare written retirement planning reports (Cash flow, asset allocation, retirement readiness and asset allocation)
• Develop professional presentations to communicate planning recommendations
• Coordinate with advisors and client relationship coordinators to confirm client data

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree required
• Experience in Microsoft Office required (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Proficiency with Morningstar, eMoney, and Salesforce preferred

Benefits

Salary:  $65,000 plus performance bonus- Up to 20% total bonus potential.
