Educación y Experiencia: Bachillerato en Sistemas de Información, Ciencias de Computadoras o Ingeniería de Computadoras y diez (10) años de experiencia en instalación, configuración, análisis y rendimiento de ambientes MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory, Citrix, VMWare y sus componentes y tecnologías relacionadas, o combinación de educación y experiencia equivalente. Experiencia en monitoreo y análisis: Diez (10) años de experiencia en el monitoreo, análisis y mantenimiento de la salud y disponibilidad. Plataformas: Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange) y VMWare (vSphere, ESXi). Dominio en administración de sistemas operativos: Capacidad para instalar, configurar y mantener sistemas operativos, garantizando su rendimiento y seguridad. Plataformas: Windows Server, Linux. Gestión de entornos de virtualización: Experiencia en la administración de entornos virtualizados, asegurando la eficiencia y disponibilidad de recursos. Plataformas: Citrix, VMWare. Administración de Active Directory y Exchange: Habilidad para gestionar identidades y accesos, así como administración de correo electrónico y buzones (mínimo 5 años de experiencia). Plataformas: MS Active Directory, MS Exchange. Implementación de soluciones en la nube: Capacidad para diseñar y administrar soluciones de infraestructura híbrida, integrando entornos on-premise y en la nube. Plataformas: Cloud (soluciones en la nube, potencialmente Azure o AWS). Seguridad y respaldo de sistemas: Conocimiento en la implementación de mejores prácticas de seguridad y en el diseño de estrategias efectivas de recuperación ante desastres. Plataformas: Estrategias de respaldo y recuperación de desastres.
