Job Summary Territory Success Manager roles are designed for individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world‑class customer service to our dealer partners through training, development, retention and prospecting for business opportunities. Responsibilities Territory Development & Sales Excellence Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize dealer partnerships and program enrollments within your assigned territory. Conduct proactive networking, warm outreach, and consultative selling to identify high‑potential dealership opportunities. Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, ensuring exceptional dealer and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and territory performance to identify growth opportunities. Dealer Partnership & Training Provide hands‑on, in‑person training to dealership F&I teams on AutoPayPlus enrollment processes, value propositions, and best practices. Conduct regular dealer visits (30–90 day cadence ideal) to maintain relationships, troubleshoot challenges, and drive performance improvement. Present AutoPayPlus differentiators—including the RePayPlus reinsurance program, Benefits Calculator for F&I opportunities, VisionAST reporting, and PERKS loyalty program—to dealership leadership. Deliver compelling presentations on program ROI, customer retention benefits, and revenue opportunities. Performance Management & Reporting Utilize Creatio CRM to track all sales activities, dealer relationships, enrollment metrics, and territory performance. Conduct regular territory assessments to evaluate dealer performance, identify under‑performers, and implement improvement strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Operations, IT) to align territory strategies with company objectives. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and dealer partnership goals. Strategic Problem‑Solving Address dealer enrollment gaps and implementation inconsistencies. Replicate success patterns from top‑performing dealers across the territory. Troubleshoot technology integration issues with DMS and other menu systems. Ensure dealers maximize AutoPayPlus features such as multi‑loan enrollment, PERKS program activation, and Benefits Calculator utilization. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in automotive, finance and sales (required). 1–2 years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of success. College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience. Strong presentation skills from creation to delivery. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology. Goal‑oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement. Ability to work amicably with diverse teams. Prior outside sales experience (preferred). Significant local travel with a valid state driver’s license. Skills Proven outside sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Expertise in territory management and effective task prioritization. Strong technology sales skills, especially in B2B environments, understanding retail dynamics. Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales progress. Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and market analysis. Strong verbal and written communication abilities for engagement with clients at all levels. What You Will Do As Our Territory Success Manager Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate company products and services to all levels of dealership management. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity in both independent and franchise dealers. Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners within the independent and franchise dealer communities. Maintain constant and effective communication via phone and in‑person visits with dealer partners to train on current solutions and processes. Develop and keep up‑to‑date on sales materials and current financial product knowledge. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and events for independent and franchise dealers. Direct Reports This position does not have direct reports. It operates independently within the assigned territory while collaborating closely with internal teams including Sales Leadership, Dealer Support, Marketing, Operations, and Training. Working Conditions The position is field‑based, requiring significant local travel to dealer partners within the assigned territory. Regular travel by automobile is expected, with work conducted in dealership offices, conference rooms, marketing event venues, and occasionally at a remote or home‑office setting for administrative tasks. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required. Travel schedules may vary daily, and occasional evenings or weekends may be necessary for events, training, or regional meetings. The role is full‑time and generally follows standard business hours Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed. Physical Requirements Travel extensively by vehicle for prolonged periods. Stand and walk for extended durations during dealer visits, trainings, and events. Sit for prolonged periods while driving or completing administrative tasks. Lift and carry presentation materials, training supplies, or display equipment up to approximately 25 pounds. Use standard office equipment including laptops, mobile devices, and communication tools. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including presenting to groups of varying sizes.
