About the Position

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 5x8 (22:00 - 06:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Must-Have: - Experience in MRI procedure and imaging. - Skills in IV starts and PACS. - Proficient in various MRI techniques and documentation systems. Description: The role requires operating a Philips 3T machine with both outpatient and inpatient volume. You will be responsible for all routine MRI imaging including musculoskeletal, neuro, and body scans. Experience with prostate and perfusion imaging is necessary. You will perform imaging procedures such as abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, breast, spine, and musculoskeletal scans. Experience in image post-processing techniques and multiplanar reconstruction is required. Familiarity with documentation systems such as EPIC and McKesson is essential. You may be expected to pick up shifts occasionally. Flu vaccination will be required with medical exemptions accepted. This position does not require call or weekend shifts, and there is no floating. Candidates must provide proof of relevant certifications upon application. Note: Background checks are mandatory if there are any significant issues with the license or background.
