Art & Design Director

Art & Design Director Full-Time Cross City Church is searching for a talented and creative Art & Design Director to bring ideas to life through compelling visual communication. As Cross City’s primary designer, this individual will help shape the look and feel of our church across ministries, events, campaigns, digital platforms, and other creative experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who also loves the details—someone who can take an idea from concept to completion, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and consistently produce excellent work. They are self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to bring fresh ideas while working within Cross City’s established brand and communication direction. Requirements: Have and maintain a personal, growing relationship with Christ Demonstrate a passion for God and personal consistent practice of spiritual disciplines Alignment with Cross City’s beliefs, as outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message (2000), and especially the 7 beliefs covering The Bible, The Trinity, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, Man, Salvation, The Second Coming, and Marriage Actively attend and participate at Cross City Church, or commit to begin doing so upon hire Professional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design across print and digital applications Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to take projects from concept through final execution Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with excellent follow-through Collaborative, adaptable, and receptive to creative direction and feedback Self-motivated problem-solver who stays current with design and digital trends and enjoys learning new tools and approaches #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern Baptists of Texas Convention
