Join the team at Infiniti of Charlotte Inc as a Sales Manager in Matthews, NC. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key part in driving the growth and success of our dealership by developing sales strategies and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet dealership sales goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Manage inventory levels in coordination with the sales and management teams.

Stay updated on product knowledge, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s license.
