Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide comprehensive A–Z servicing for commercial insurance accounts. This role is ideal for a professional with independent agency experience who is committed to delivering high-quality client service in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts across industries such as construction, real estate, professional services, and general commercial business. Provide A–Z account servicing, including marketing new and renewal business, quoting, policy reviews, and renewal preparation. Collaborate with producers to ensure seamless client service and account retention. Provide responsive and professional support to clients throughout the policy lifecycle. Coordinate with administrative support staff on certificates of insurance, documentation, and other routine servicing needs. Maintain accurate account records and documentation within agency management systems. Assist with identifying coverage needs and presenting appropriate insurance solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. 5+ years of commercial lines experience within an independent agency environment preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered based on demonstrated knowledge and capabilities. Experience servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts. Strong knowledge of quoting, marketing, and renewal processes. Familiarity with AMS360 and WorkSmart is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Compensation Package Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000, with flexibility up to $100,000 for highly qualified candidates.
