Porter / Groundskeeper

We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with 408 apartment units. Villas of Preston Creek 6900 Preston Rd., Plano, TX 75024 Our hourly pay rate is $16 - $18 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Qualifications: Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs Grounds care, including picking up trash Work under the direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager Bilingual skills (any language) are a plus Understand company policies Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
