Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Advance your imaging career in a dynamic healthcare environment as a Radiologic Technologist. This contract opportunity specializes in diagnostic imaging, including X-ray procedures, to support patient care across multiple units. You'll work an 8-hour night shift, Monday through Friday, from 11:00pm to 7:30am, with a consistent weekly schedule and no weekend, on-call, or callback requirements.
Schedule:
- 8-hour night shift: 11pm–7:30am
- Monday through Friday
- No weekend rotation; shifts remain as originally assigned
- No on-call or callback duty
- Holiday coverage only if scheduled on your regular workday
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
- Previous experience in diagnostic imaging and X-ray technology
- Proficiency with portable imaging procedures within the facility
- Active, unrestricted state license or eligibility
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to float between different X-ray areas as needed
- Commitment to maintaining safe, high-quality imaging practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Perform both stationary and portable X-ray exams as requested throughout the facility
- Communicate with patients effectively to ensure a positive experience and accurate positioning
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to support clinical decision-making
- Maintain accurate records, document procedures, and adhere to safety and quality protocols
- Flex within radiology areas for workflow efficiency as required
