Material Handler (Stacker)Our client, a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Material Handler (Stacker) Location: The Colony, TX Pay Range: $17.00/hour (Weekly Pay) Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Pay increase upon permanent hire)What's the Job?Accurately select and fulfill customer orders according to order tickets and system requirements.Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to locate, track, and process inventory.Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy before routing orders for shipment.Transport completed orders to packing, quality control, or shipping stations.Meet daily productivity, quality, and fulfillment goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.What's Needed?Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to follow directions and maintain productivity standards.Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred but not required.Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems is a plus.What's in it for me?Weekly pay at $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity for a pay increase upon permanent hire and additional performance-based merit increases as you grow within the company.Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with full-time hours.Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential pay increase upon permanent placement.Gain experience with a growing logistics and fulfillment operation.Supportive team environment and opportunity for career growth.
