Overview Job Title: Process Technician 3 Location: Fremont, CA Employment Type: Contract Industry: Semiconductor Compensation: $38.32/hour Schedule: First Shift; Tuesday – Saturday Join a fast-paced semiconductor environment where you\'ll support process engineering through hands-on experimentation, equipment operation, and data analysis. You\'ll execute process runs, monitor production conditions, and collaborate with engineers to improve yield and develop new technologies. What You\'ll Do Perform technical tests and experiments to support process engineering and development Set up, operate, and maintain semiconductor process and metrology equipment Execute process runs and monitor operational conditions for quality and consistency Collect, analyze, and document data including process logs, charts, and experimental results Support engineering teams in troubleshooting yield issues and evaluating new processes Monitor workflows, audit processes, and guide operators on proper procedures What You\'ll Bring 3+ years of experience in a cleanroom, laboratory, or semiconductor manufacturing environment Bachelor\'s degree (or Associate degree + 2+ years of experience) in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field 2+ years of experience operating semiconductor tools or similar technical equipment 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data tracking and analysis What Sets You Apart Strong attention to detail, especially with wafer handling and precision work Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently in a lab setting Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to work a structured shift schedule Experience supporting process development or yield improvement initiatives Additional Information Position is fully onsite in Fremont, CA (Tue-Sat, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Background check required upon offer of employment Overtime may be required based on production needs Equal Opportunity Employer Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
