Ability to crew the line properly and rotate the crew as specified by safety guidelines. Coordinate and execute the filling and assembly of products in a manner consistent with the manufacturing department’s goals and objectives. Review and investigate variances at the end of the job, before the P.O. is TECO’dQualifications Previous experience as Process Setup Attendant or Quality Auditor preferred. College Degree or High School Diploma preferred. 1-2 years Experience Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Must have strong communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. Display strong math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, averages). Proficient computer skills. (SAP, TML, Office). Must be detail oriented. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Lead the Line Team to achieve efficient Production Runs and Changeovers. Ability to lift 35 pounds. Required to have and maintain a good attendance record. Required to work in all Work centers in Production. Able to work overtime. Work with the Quality Specialists to ensure completeness and P.O. folder closure. Adhere to all SOP Guidelines and Golden Rules pertaining to Company Policies. Collaborate and work with Supporting Departments to meet our department goals. Able to perform other duties assigned (e.g taking attendance, etc). Pay Range: The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 to $29.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
