Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a 25-bed critical access hospital. Our facility is located along the scenic Cumberland River, offering various recreational activities for those who enjoy outdoor life. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in patient care, and will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and best practices

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Current certifications as required by the position
• Validated experience in a critical care or acute care setting
