The Role: Professional Response & Recovery

As a Rollback Specialist, your mission includes:

• Exceptional Service: Providing professional, courteous, and high-level customer service in high-stress situations.
• Technical Execution: Safely loading, securing, and transporting vehicles using our state-of-the-art equipment.
• Reliability: Maintaining a dependable presence on a rotating 24/7 schedule to ensure our community is never left stranded.
• Precision Documentation: Completing call logs and digital dispatch requirements with accuracy.

Who We’re Looking For

We aren't looking for "tow truck drivers." We are looking for  Professionals who:

• Are Experienced: Must have at least 1 year of experience driving a rollback or wrecker with a  F Endorsement .
• Are Qualified: Must be at least 23 years of age .
• Maintain High Standards: Must have a clean driving record, a clean criminal background, and the ability to pass a drug screening.
• Are Driven: You want to maximize your income through efficiency and a strong work ethic.

The Reality

This work is demanding. It requires working in all weather conditions, navigating tight spaces, and maintaining a professional demeanor at 3:00 AM just as well as at 3:00 PM.
