Woodhill Country Club is currently seeking enthusiastic, outgoing Server to join our outstanding Food & Beverage team! Established in 1915, Woodhill is a private family-oriented country club providing exceptional facilities, personalized services, and year-round activities for its members, their families, and their guests. Mission Statement Woodhill Country Club is a family-oriented, year-round, private country club that serves as a primary social and recreational center for members by providing high quality activities, facilities and services. Team Philosophy Through teamwork we are committed to sustainable traditions, maintaining balance, and pursuing excellence in all areas. The Server position provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our members and their guests. Servers must learn member preferences and be able to answer questions pertaining to multiple menus. As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation.
Requirements
Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for many types of availability, as we are extremely flexible. You must be able to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts a week consistently.
We hope to welcome you to Woodhill starting August 15th or sooner.
Qualifications :
Required Education and Experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, friendly demeanor.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
- Team oriented.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar environment preferred We will train.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- TIPS certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Time Based Pay NON-TIPPING
- Uniform shirts provided.
- Complimentary employee meals.
- Use of Woodhill's exceptional facilities (golf course, pool, tennis courts, and winter sports complex) on Mondays.
$20 - $28 per hour
