Supported Employment Specialist

Are you ready to help people with mental health challenges find and keep competitive jobs within the community? Do you believe employment can be a powerful part of mental health recovery? If so, we encourage you to apply for the Supported Employment Specialist position at Radiant Health!

In this role, you will use the evidence-based Supported Employment model to help clients identify their career interests and goals, assist with resumes, and provide job coaching and support. You will develop relationships with employers, attend networking events, and educate employers on mental health and hiring benefits. You will provide skills training, case management and coordinate with clients therapist and treatment team.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Services field.
Two or more years experience working in Vocational Rehab and Employment Support Services.
Experience working in the mental health field preferred.
