We have an extensive training and learning offer to support our Social Workers in their work with children and families. The roles are very varied working with families on a short-term basis whilst completing assessments and on a longer-term basis working Child and Family Plans and Child Protection Plans and in some cases we complete pre proceedings work and issue care proceedings. We work with all young people from birth up to the age of 18 having strong links with other agencies externally and teams in North Yorkshire.
