WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A FIREARMS COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR?

In this role, you'll play a critical role in maintaining operational integrity. Each day, you'll review and process firearm documentation, manage compliance records, and ensure applicable checks are properly handled. You'll prepare NFA paperwork, conduct serialized inventory audits, and review transactions for accuracy and regulatory adherence. From responding to trace requests to supporting compliance reviews, your work ensures that every detail meets the highest standards and that all processes align with ATF, NFA, and applicable regulations.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full-time position working evenings and weekends , with a consistent schedule of 11 AM to 8 PM .

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR FIREARMS COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR?

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records
• Ability to follow detailed regulatory processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accountability

An associate degree in Business, Compliance, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in compliance, quality assurance, firearms operations, or administrative support. Familiarity with ATF regulations, NFA processes, and firearm compliance procedures is preferred, along with strong technology and record management skills.
