Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Travel RN specialized in Cardiac Care to provide comprehensive care in the Stress Lab and Cardiac Rehabilitation units. This role involves performing stress testing procedures and supporting cardiac recovery activities with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor various stress tests, including Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress, and nuclear stress testing.
• Conduct EKG interpretations related to stress testing procedures to ensure accurate patient assessments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for cardiac patients.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient procedures and responses using Cerner/Scottcare systems.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols, including appropriate uniform and infection control practices.
• Educate patients on their procedures and recovery expectations to enhance patient experience and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with relevant state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Care, particularly in stress testing.
• Proven proficiency with stress testing modalities such as Stress Echo, Dobutamine, and nuclear stress procedures.
• Strong knowledge of EKG interpretation during stress testing procedures.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
