Manufacturing Technician II

This is not repetitive assembly-line work. As a Manufacturing Technician II, you'll work on complex, high-mix builds that require technical skill, precision, and real problem-solving. You'll interpret drawings and schematics, troubleshoot issues, take ownership of challenging builds, and help ensure every system leaving our floor meets exacting performance and quality standards. THE WORK

Assemble systems: Build complex electro-mechanical systems using engineering drawings, specifications, and clear work instructions. Precision build: Use hand and power tools to complete tight-tolerance mechanical assemblies, applying high-quality soldering technique where precision matters. Log details: Handle day-to-day production details including checklists, job kitting, labeling, and documentation to keep builds organized. Maintain safety: Keep your assigned work area clean and safe while maintaining accurate production tracking records.

WHAT YOU BRING

Proven experience: 3 to 6 years of stable, hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience. Technical skills: Demonstrated expertise in soldering and precision hand-tool assembly. Blueprint literacy: Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Tool proficiency: High mechanical aptitude and comfort using standard assembly hand tools and power equipment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. An apprenticeship, formal training, or an Associate degree is preferred. Desirable skills: Experience using torque wrenches or reading complex technical schematics is a plus.
