Applicants for the Dean of Nursing position at the company should have a Doctorate in Nursing or a related field, with a Master's degree considered for candidates with significant relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years in nursing education, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nursing program accreditation, regulatory compliance, and improving program outcomes. Essential skills include leadership, team management, academic program development, and a strong student-centered philosophy.
