• Process endtoend payroll for assigned U.S. and Canadian employee populations
• Maintain payroll data accuracy, including new hires, terminations, LOAs, garnishments, bonuses, equity, retro, and offcycle payrolls
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and meet defined service level agreements
• Support reporting, audits, system testing, and payroll process improvements

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of payroll experience in a multistate environment
• 2+ years of experience using payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, or CloudPay
• 2+ years of experience supporting payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

What Sets You Apart:

• FPC or CPP certification
• Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian payrolls
• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
• Experience with Workday Payroll, payroll system testing and EIB data loads
