The Mold Remediation Technician is the primary technician responding to requests for remediation services.

Job Duties:

• Maintaining and monitoring equipment and vehicles
• Placing containment
• Understanding a written mold protocol
• Passing the post-remediation verification (PRV) testing
• Following best practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines
• Maintaining photographic and written documentation
• Warehouse organization and maintenance

Job Requirements: 

• Applicants must be reliable, driven, and willing to be part of a team. 
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed directions.
• Ability to climb and work while on a ladder.  Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds, with the ability to lift and move 75 pounds. 
• Ability to work in physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of technology and computer skills. 
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. 
• Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
