Registered Nurse L&DLocation: Charlottesville, VAWork Shift: Third (Nights)Overview:Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse for the LDRP. This is a night shift position with required call. Preferred applicants will have experience specifically in Labor and Delivery and will cross train into postpartum.Hours: Three 12-hour shifts per week with every 3rd weekend rotation on Saturday and Sunday. The required call is 16-24 hours per 6-week schedule.Sign on bonus up to $20,000 available for qualified candidates.LDRP:Sentara Martha Jeffersons Women's Health includes L&D, and a 24 bed post-partum mother/baby. Our Level 2 newborn specialty care nursery has a 1 to 1 ratio while our intermediate care babies have a 1 to 3 nursing ratio. Our LDRP unit also offers post operative care for complex GYN and Breast surgical needs. This specialty area has a 100-member team cross trained to offer best in class healthcare to Charlottesville, VA, and surrounding areas. The schedule is primarily 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holiday requirements. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
