Maintenance Mechanic

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, repair, and maintain industrial equipment supporting utility and energy operations. In this safety-first, field-based role, you will troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, conveyors, and plant systems, and complete work orders and documentation accurately. You’ll follow strict safety and environmental procedures, support shutdowns and turnarounds, and collaborate with operators and technicians. This position offers extensive safety training, exposure to major energy clients, and growth into lead or specialist mechanic roles.
