NetSuite Administrator
Field of Talent
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and design. You'll provide support for cloud-based business management applications and data migration for NetSuite.

The mission of our Services team is to help our clients maximize their investment in NetSuite. What you'll do- Assist with NetSuite customizations, configurations, integrations, and data migrations
- Work on NetSuite projects, including new implementations, enhancements, and client support
- Identify, implement creative business NetSuite solutions, and suggest process improvements
- Create Workflows, Dashboards, Reports, and KPIs
- Requirements gathering sessions to map business processes and solutions
- Lead client projects, including timelines, quality assurance, functional, and design specs
- Educate end users on NetSuite best practices and features
- Interface with clients and provide solutions that meet businesses' demands
- Mentoring and working with junior-level NetSuite consultants

- You readily accept challenges and are adept at both tactical and strategic thinking
- Typically, 5+ years of NetSuite data migration, implementation, and analysis experience
- Data migrations, integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications
- NetSuite administrator certification preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Solid business acumen and experience with NetSuite software
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to assess functional and technical gaps
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, creative environment while understanding clients' needs
- Excellent communication skills, a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues
