We are excited to announce the expansion of our Emergency Medicine services in Oklahoma and are looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for both full-time and part-time roles. This is a remarkable opportunity to work in a high-volume, state-of-the-art emergency department that offers both clinical and academic pathways, along with outstanding financial benefits and potential for partnership.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $300/hour base rate plus productivity incentives for full clinical shifts
• Patient Volume: Approximately 60,000 annual emergency department visits
• Facility: Level III Trauma Center with helipad access
• Emergency Department: 36-bed facility, including 5 trauma bays, within a 40,000 sq. ft. building
• Coverage: 44 hours of physician coverage daily, supported by residents and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Shift Structure: 11-hour shifts for consistent scheduling
• Faculty Opportunities: Options for Ultrasound Faculty with stipend or a blended core faculty and clinical track
• Compensation for Faculty: Productivity pay along with stipends for academic or non-clinical roles
• Flexible Scheduling: Various models available to accommodate personal lifestyle preferences
• Housing: Company-owned housing provided for block shifts
