Job Details Licensed Architect with current registration. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program. 5-10 years of professional architectural experience, preferably within an architecture, engineering, or integrated AEC environment. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, systems, specifications, codes, detailing, and construction methods. Proficiency with Revit and architectural documentation workflows. Experience with software such as Enscape, Bluebeam, Procore, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is preferred. Experience with BIM coordination and model-based project delivery is a plus. Ability to develop thoughtful design and technical solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, constructability, budget, schedule, and sustainability. Strong understanding of quality assurance and the ability to identify and resolve potential design, documentation, coordination, and construction issues. Experience supporting construction administration activities, including submittal and RFI review, field observations, OAC meetings, and issue resolution. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal project teams. Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and adapt to changing project priorities.
