Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Audiology (Au.D., M.A., or M.S.)
• Possess current and valid licensure as an Audiologist in California
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but all pediatric-focused professionals are encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of auditory assessments, hearing devices, and assistive technologies
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable managing an itinerant or hybrid caseload

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing screenings and audiological evaluations for students
• Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and assistive listening devices
• Consult with educators and IEP teams to develop and implement effective auditory support plans
• Monitor and maintain student hearing files and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Offer direct support, counseling, and resources for students and families regarding hearing loss and device education
• Participate in professional development and district meetings as needed
