Strategic Claims Counsel - Litigation & Settlements
First American Group
First American is seeking an experienced legal professional to manage claims, negotiate settlements, and represent the company in legal proceedings. Candidates must possess a Law Degree and have at least 2 years of experience in litigation or claims handling, preferably in Real Estate. In this role, you will investigate claims, assess coverage, and work independently to develop resolution strategies.
